Fregola is a special kind of durum wheat semolina pasta typical of Sardinia, Italy. This pasta has a tiny spherical shape, similar to Israeli Couscous, and is made of only three ingredients (durum wheat semolina, squid ink and water) with a traditional artisanal production process.
