Born in Caracas, Venezuela from Italian immigrant parents, Pascual and Jessica grew up in a household that revolved around the kitchen. Staying true to his Italian roots and culture, Pascual uses the finest ingredients, seasonal produce, and artisan bread to create paninis, pasta, salads, and desserts bursting with flavors inspired by his mother's secret recipes.
