Pinsa Romana is a healthy and light flat bread made of a mix of wheat and soy flour to which rice and mother dough are added .The result is a hydrated dough, without any fats or sugars.
Pinsere” is the Latin word for "press" or "flatten". It was the Di Marco family in Italy to invent this oval shape product while using the last piece of dough to make little loaves and flattened them into focaccia.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, wheat sourdough, rice flour, soy flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and yeast.
