Sogno Toscano Organic Arrabbiata Tomato Sauce is an Italian-made, ready-to-use sauce centered on sun-ripened organic tomatoes from Southern Italy. Its notably simple recipe contains 95% organic chopped tomatoes, cold-pressed Italian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, 1% garlic, and 0.1% chili pepper, with no tomato concentrate used. Unlike Sogno Toscano’s standard Arrabbiata, this organic version is also made without added sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, or animal fats, allowing the tomato, garlic, olive oil, and chili to define the flavor. The result is bright and tomato-forward with a clean spicy finish.
