Sogno Toscano's Crudo Italiano is an authentic dry-cured ham made from select European pork hams, carefully salted and slow-cured for at least 400 days in the Parma region of Italy. Crafted with only two natural ingredients, pork and Mediterranean sea salt, it embodies the pure tradition of Italian prosciutto making.
After curing, each ham is deboned, trimmed, and vacuum-packed to preserve its delicate aroma and silky texture before being shipped to the U.S. The prosciutto is then expertly sliced and packaged in the USA.
