Setaro works with selected 100% Italian wheat, bronze-drawing the pasta to develop a porous exterior before slowly drying it at low temperatures according to its artisan tradition. The producer lists Linguettine among its approximately 30 cm long pasta formats. Its slender profile makes it particularly suited to delicate sauces where you want more surface area than spaghetti without the weight of a broad ribbon.
