Established in 1862, Acetaia Pedroni is one of the oldest artisan balsamic vinegar producers in the world. Acclaimed critic Ruth Reichl proclaimed that she had found "the perfect balsamic vinegar" with Pedroni. Their Nero vinegar is aged for a minimum of 3 years in wooden barrels. It has a natural brown colour, creamy intensity and velvety fragance, revealing a natural acid and distinct sweetness. There is no addition of caramel.
Recommendations for use: on grilled meat, on baked potatoes, on a caprese salad, on tasty cured meat like prosciutto, or on ice-cream and fruit salads. Its taste matches perfectly with mature cheeses like Parmesan cheese.
