The olives for this extra virgin olive oil are grown organically at the estate of Herdade de Esporao in Alentejo. Known for their internationally lauded olive oil and wine, they use environmentally friendly agricultural methods and press the oils in their 100% sustainable olive mill.
Terroir olive oil is produced from varieties of Cobrançosa and Arbequina olives using organic production. The fruits are carefully selected from the field to the oil mill, resulting in an authentic and genuine olive oil, full of scents and flavors.
