La Gruta del Sol Manchego with Truffle is a Spanish sheep’s milk Manchego-style cheese made with black truffle blended directly into the cheese. Produced in Spain, this wheel offers a refined balance between the rich, nutty character of Manchego and the earthy depth of truffle.
