Our Riserva Profondo Blu anchovy sauce is produced in a limited series, with anchovies selected and seasoned for 24 months in fine oak barrels. After the long seasoning, our sauce takes on an amber color typical of slow craftsmanship. Excellent to use as a condiment for both pasta and salads.
