Its pasta is crafted from selected 100% Italian wheat, shaped through bronze dies for a naturally porous exterior, and slowly dried at low temperatures rather than rushed through industrial production. The spiraling structure of Fusilli Corti makes it a particularly versatile shape: pesto nestles into its twists, chunky tomato and vegetable sauces cling beautifully, and creamy sauces coat its entire surface. Try it with pesto Genovese, sausage and broccoli rabe, tomato and ricotta, roasted vegetables, or a hearty ragù. Its compact shape also holds up particularly well in baked pasta and pasta salads.
