This shape belongs to Gentile’s child-friendly pasta collection and is made with organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, bringing a carefully selected Italian grain to a format designed to be approachable for younger diners. Gentile uses bronze dies and its traditional Metodo Cirillo, a gentle drying method rooted in Gragnano’s pasta-making heritage.
