Felicetti Organic Bronze Cut Cavatappi is a spiral-shaped pasta made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina and produced in the Italian Alps. The name cavatappi means “corkscrew,” referring to its elongated spiral shape, designed to trap sauce within its ridges and curves.
This pasta is bronze-die extruded, giving it a rough, porous surface that allows sauces to cling naturally. Felicetti uses carefully selected organic durum wheat and pure Alpine water in its production process. The pasta is slowly dried at controlled temperatures to preserve the wheat’s flavor and structure.
