Established in 1862, Acetaia Pedroni is one of the oldest artisan balsamic vinegar producers in the world. Six generations later, their Tradizionale Balsamic Vinegar has won best Balsamic Vinegar in Modena. Acclaimed critic Ruth Reichl proclaimed that she had found "the perfect balsamic vinegar" with Pedroni.
Their Giuseppe II vinegar is from the Pedroni family's aged Tradizionale D.O.P offerings, which must undergo a stringent inspection and bottling process by the Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. This vinegar undergoes a long refining period in oak and chestnut wood barrels for over 25 years. Harmonious and “Extravecchio” (Extra Old), this vinegar will make any creation special.
