Denso Bianco is characterized by a clear and bright color, a high density (1.30), and an acidity of less than 4 percent.
Obtained from the union of grape must and wine vinegar, it is a fruity seasoning, very well balanced in taste, which has the advantage of enriching the dishes to which it is combined with sweet and sour and complex notes without interfering with their color but giving them liveliness of taste.
Denso Bianco is characterized by notes of fresh fruit, greater pungency, and acidity which soften in the finish in a balanced sweetness. It is a 100% natural product derived from selected raw materials and of exclusively Italian origin, without the addition of sulfites, gluten-free, without additives, vegetarian, non-GMO.
Excellent with fine white meats, grilled vegetables, crudités, and fish.
