Our panettone is processed for 72 hours in which the most important phase is the refreshing of a yeast that is always kept alive. By working it with flour and water we ensure that it remains reactive, giving softness and flavor to the product. The dough was mixed with whole Italian candied chestnuts, all filled with a 35% chestnut cream (of the total weight). Tasting it, you can feel the almost sandy texture of the chestnuts and are immediately catapulted into a strongly characterized sensorial context.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied chestnuts 18% (chestnuts pieces, sugar, glucose –  fructose syrup, natural vanilla flavour), chestnut filling 14% (sugar, chestnut paste 35%, glucose-fructose syrup, alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours), eggs*, butter, sugar, egg yolk*, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rehydrated  whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup,  flavourings, salt, cocoa butter.

May contain nuts, mustard and soy.
