Les Moulins Mahjoub Tunisian Sundried Mint is cultivated in our fields and orchards, this mint offers a delicate freshness which is reflected in many dishes of Tunisian cuisine: salads, preparations of lamb or poultry meat
For even more freshness, combine it with preserved lemon!
Mahjoub is dried in the shade on the farms in Tebourba where it is grown in order to maintain its color and flavor. It takes around 5 days for this drying procedure. The resulting mint is rich in manganese and anti-oxidants.
