Meat: Prosciutto Di Parma, Salami Genoa, Mortadella with Pistacho, Coppa, Chorizo, Soppressata and Lonzino.
Cheese: Manchego, Truffle Manchego, Brie, Cheddar Gruyere, Pecorino (various types), Pamiggiano Reggiano, Mozzarella, Drunken Goat, Stinky Cheese (various types), and Stracciatella.
Vegetables: Asparagus, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Carrots, Sundried Tomatoes, Peppers, and Olives.
We also have assorted fruit platters.
Ingredients may vary depending on the platter's size. They include bread and/or crackers.
NOTE: A $100 refundable deposit for the wooden tray is charged ONLY for caterings to go, and it will be refunded the day the tray is returned. There is NO additional charge for the wooden trays for platters served in our backyard as they come with the service.
