We use high-quality imported meats and cheeses for our platters that come nicely arranged with fruits.
For the catering orders in wooden trays, a $100 refundable deposit is charged and will be refunded upon receiving the trays back in the store.
Meat: Prosciutto Di Parma, Salami Genoa, Mortadella with Pistacho, Coppa, and Lonzino.
Cheese: Pamiggiano Reggiano, Manchego 12 Months, Machego Truffled, Pecorino Dolce, Pecorino Truffled, Brie, Burrata con Panna, Ciliegine Marinara with Cherry Tomatoes.
Vegetables: Asparagus, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Carrots, and Olives.
Ingredients may vary depending on the platter's size. They include bread and/or crackers.
We also have assorted fruit platters.
NOTE: A $100 refundable deposit for the wooden tray is charged ONLY for caterings to go, and it will be refunded the day the tray is returned. There is NO additional charge for the wooden trays for platters served in our backyard.
