Join us in the serenity of our backyard!
Our spacious 1,200 sq ft backyard is available for rent to celebrate your baby shower, birthday, a corporate or school event, or a summer evening get-together with friends. The space rental includes all outdoor furniture and a heated tent in the colder months. There is a maximum capacity of 40 people. You have exclusive use of the space during your rental period.

Choose from any of our paninis (made party size), cheese, charcuterie & vegetables platters, sweets, and non-alcoholic drinks. Our platters come with a variety of crackers, crostini, taralli, and more. Let us know how many people you’ll be hosting and we’ll be happy to help guide you or you can select your own combination.
Hours of Rental
The backyard is available for rental between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with a 3-hour minimum reservation.
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your event start time for setup at no additional cost.
Pricing
- Monday – Thursday: $150 per hour
- Friday – Sunday: $195 per hour
Catering pricing varies depending on guest count and menu selection. A detailed catering estimate will be provided once those details are confirmed.
Catering policy
- The final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
- All food and beverage orders must also be placed at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability of your selected items.
Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of the rental space is made 15 days or more prior to the event date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

If cancellation is made between 15 days and 48 hours before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the case of inclement weather, a full refund of the rental space will be issued if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
- Alternatively, you may reschedule your event for another available date with no penalty.
Notes
Please provide 48 hours advance notice if you would like to use a tent for your event (including heated)
- All garbage (used plates, cups, flatware, bottles, etc.) should be properly disposed of by the client in the corresponding trash bins (trash and recycling) located in the backyard.
- Once your reserved time ends, the backyard reopens to the public. You’re welcome to remain in the space if you’d like; however, the area will no longer be exclusively reserved and must be shared with other guests.
- Our staff will be available to assist and help with cleanup during your reserved rental time. After that period ends, staff will no longer be responsible for clearing trash or leftovers. We kindly ask that the space be left clean and orderly.
- If excessive cleanup is required after the reserved time has concluded, a cleaning fee will be applied.
- Please be mindful of your surroundings, as this is a family-oriented neighborhood we kindly ask you to keep noise and conversations at a reasonable level.
