The freshly picked peaches are grown in the orchards of Alba, region of Piedmont. The production starts in less than 24 hours after the fruit is selected and picked at the perfect point of ripeness. The entire production process is done according to old country traditions. The result is a preserved peach that is great right out of the jar or to as accompaniment to delicious desserts and ice cream. The syrup is delicious when used in cocktails and spritz.
