Composed of carrot, leek, parsnip and nabicol for a supply (among other benefits) of vitamins of group b, c, e and k, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium, selenium and zinc, as well as an excellent source of fiber and carbohydrate supply.

The benefits of spirulina are manifold: it contains iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin a, k, e and vitamin B2, B3, B6.

You can use the sachet of dehydrated vegetables to make a quick and healthy soup, or as a base for adding different ingredients (for example, mushrooms, meat or fish).
