Pan Ducale was founded in 1964 by Pasquale D'Amario. Having set up a small bakery just outside the town walls of San Giacomo di Atri in Abruzzo, Pasquale called upon the local women to bring their generations of experience and Pan Ducale started to produce high-quality baked goods using artisan methods.
