Its texture is white and slightly crumbly with a brown, almost black crust, like the Balsamic Vinegar Igp that covers it and in which it is immersed after a prolonged seasoning.

Roccolino Nero Imperiale on the palate is an explosion of well-balanced intense flavours, ranging from tart to buttery. Ideal in combination with full-bodied and fruity red wines or with bubbles. It is excellent for aperitifs, appetizers and to enrich salads, or in the kitchen made creamy and combined with pasta or risotto.
